Return Shipping

• The item was damaged or lost during transit by the carrier

For all other return reasons, return shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Refunds or exchanges for lost or damaged packages will be issued only after a claim has been filed and approved by both the carrier and J S Copti, Inc..
